Sunny Wattal is the manager at Pedal Nation. He began his journey in the adventure travel industry in 2009. His early years were spent leading walking tours for travellers from the UK, Germany, and Denmark through the stunning landscapes of Ladakh. Over time, he expanded his repertoire to include family trekking holidays, day cycling trips around Ladakh, and support for motorbike tours through the remote regions of Assam and Meghalaya.
In 2013, Sunny teamed up with PedalNation.co.uk, marking the start of a new and exciting chapter. His first cycling tour with Pedal Nation took place in 2015, where he began as an assistant guide. Since then, he’s become a core member of the team, designing and leading unforgettable cycling adventures across India, UK and Europe.
Sunny holds a degree in hospitality and combines this with years of hands-on guiding and operations experience. His expertise and energy are instrumental in shaping Pedal Nation’s cycling offerings and expanding their reach across India’s diverse terrain. His love for cycling, deep cultural understanding, and logistical know-how make him a trusted guide and a valued member of the Pedal Nation family.
