
James Barber is the Lead Performance Specialist at The Altitude Centre. James is a sport scientist with a Masters degree from The University of Bath and is currently undertaking his PhD in environmental physiology with Anglia Ruskin University.
James has worked alongside world tour cyclists, Premier League footballers, and Olympic marathon runners on the implementation of altitude and heat training in their program, to optimise athletic performance at all levels.
